Following the return of an online purchase, our warehouse team will inspect the items to ensure they are intact and comply with our returns policy. Once approved, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be credited within 14 days of receiving the return (in our warehouses or in store) to the same payment method used to make the purchase (credit card or Scalapay) at a cost of €9.90. We recommend keeping the tracking number of your return to monitor its arrival at our warehouses and estimate refund processing time.
We will keep you updated by email throughout the refund process, which will end with confirmation of a refund issued in your name. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear, depending on the banking network used. If it does not appear within the indicated time frame, please show the refund confirmation to your bank so that they can assist in speeding up the process.
Scalapay is not managed by us, so we invite you to consult their terms and conditions directly on their website.
If you no longer have the same card used to pay for the purchase, please contact your bank, as we are only able to process the refund using the original payment method.
