Following the necessary checks to confirm that the returned items are intact and meet return conditions, refunds for purchases made with the gift card will be credited back to the same card.
If the purchase was made online, you will receive confirmation of the return via email, followed by an update to your balance.
For returns involving a mixed payment, priority will always be given to the Gift Card. It will be credited back to its original balance and, only if the refund amount exceeds that value, the difference will be credited to the payment method used.
