If you have already used the return label and wish to make a second return from the same order, you can still make a return within 14 days of receiving the order, but it will be at your own expense and you will need to arrange a courier and send it to the following address:

In order to avoid making a second return, we recommend waiting until your entire order has been delivered so that you can create a single return parcel. Please note that if you receive more than one return label, only one will be valid, as they all have the same tracking number.
