Shopping online with us is simple!
You can choose to place your order as a registered user or as a guest.
First, choose the item you want and select the size and colour before adding it to your cart. Once you have added your first item to your cart, you can add others you like using the same method.
When your cart is complete, enter the details of your delivery address.
Finally, you can choose a payment method to use and complete the order.
Please note that if you require an invoice, you must request it before completing the order.
The billing and delivery addresses must be in the same country.
You will receive a confirmation email with the order summary once completed, detailing the purchased items and the total amount paid, followed by a shipping email with the tracking numbers to track each delivery.
Alternatively, if you order Click&Collect, you will receive a single email as soon as your order is ready for collection at the store.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email:
- it may be in your spam folder
- the email address you provided when you placed your order may be incorrect
